At Vippa House, we take a holistic approach to health and well-being. Cognitive therapy is part of our method, helping to restore balance and manage negative thought patterns. Our psychologist offers confidential sessions designed to enhance self-awareness, build personal resources, and improve well-being, which can also form part of a health program with us.
Our confidential sessions provide self-insight. Cognitive therapy, guided by our psychologist, is based on coaching. We help you discover your own resources to boost energy, well-being, and happiness. This treatment can also be included as part of our health program at Vippa House.
Practical information
In addition to private-paying clients, we also accept clients covered by employee programs, including health plans from your company, pension fund, or insurance provider.
Unfortunately, if you have a referral from your general practitioner, you cannot receive a subsidy through us. In that case, you should instead look for a psychologist with public
healthcare authorization.
Psychologist:
Individual session: DKK 1,400 (60 minutes)
Couples: DKK 2,150 (90 minutes)
Coach:
Individual session: DKK 1,500 (60-90 minutes)
If you need to cancel an appointment, this must be done by 4:00 PM on the day before your scheduled session at the latest. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed session.
Conversations can take place in both Danish and English. Just inform us when you book the consultation.

Effective Stress Coaching: An Early Approach to Preventing and Managing Stress. Our experienced stress coach can guide you through the challenges of stress and help identify
its root causes. Stress is not an illness but a natural reaction to overload, which can become problematic if ignored. If you've experienced stress before, there's a higher risk it may occur again. Our tailored programmes include both face-to-face and online sessions, offering a flexible approach to support and guidance. Through our stress coaching, you’ll gain not only a solid understanding of stress but also practical tools to manage current issues and prevent future stress. Our dedicated stress coach, Charlotte, focuses on strengthening you physically, mentally, socially, and in terms of your values, to ensure long-term stress management and enhanced well-being in your life.
